Pardon the dust… I will add more soon!

Mark’s Daily Apple

Mark Sisson is the author of “The Primal Blueprint”, and it was the first book about this lifestyle that I read.  It’s a little different than the Paleo Lifestyle, but in general it runs on very similar principals.  It’s a great place to start if you are interested in an overall picture of the Primal/Paleo lifestyle.

Paleo for Women – Sexy by Nature

Stefani Ruper recently wrote a book, which I will “review” in an up-coming blog post.  In short, she’s awesome and knows SO many things. She also has a unique writing style that I think many people will enjoy and identify with.  Reading it felt like having a lunch-chat with an old friend. More soon….

Paleo Leap

Formerly known as “Paleo Diet Lifestyle”, this is a fantastic well-designed and user-friendly website with lots of information about every angle of the Paleo Lifestyle.  It also has lots of great recipes, several of which I can’t go without making pretty much on a weekly basis.

Nom Nom Paleo

Lots of awesome info, easy to read, and great recipes!

The Domestic Man

Love this guy’s recipes!

The Artisan Traveler

Corinne Winters is health-focused “always on the move” singer like myself.  She’s not paleo or primal, but she’s got great ideas on staying healthy while traveling, which I have found super helpful! The last meal we shared together? Freshly stuffed zucchini flowers, steps from the Arena in Verona, Italy, al fresco, at a table underneath a little “loggia” (italian for covered sidewalk) during a torrential downpour.
